Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 ounces finely chopped smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
  2. To the egg yolks, add the cream cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and finely chopped smoked salmon. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste and gently fold in the fresh dill.
  4. Fill each hollowed-out egg white half with the prepared smoked salmon mixture.
  5. Garnish your deviled eggs with chives, and for an extra touch, add a piece of smoked salmon on top, if desired.
  6. Keep the deviled eggs chilled in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve them.
