Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
  2. Place a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas.
  4. Place the burritos in a baking dish, bake until the cheese melts.
  5. Top with salsa and relish the zesty Beef and Corn Burritos.
