Ingredients:

  • 1 cup clams, shucked
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups cooked rice, chilled
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté shrimp until cooked, set aside.
  2. In a pan, scramble eggs, add cooked shrimp to form an egg patty.
  3. Stir-fry rice, add clams, egg patty, and chopped green onions.
  4. Season with soy sauce and salt, stir until well combined.
