Ingredients:
- 1 cup clams, shucked
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cups cooked rice, chilled
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté shrimp until cooked, set aside.
- In a pan, scramble eggs, add cooked shrimp to form an egg patty.
- Stir-fry rice, add clams, egg patty, and chopped green onions.
- Season with soy sauce and salt, stir until well combined.
- Serve your delightful Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice hot.
