Ingredients:
- 300g penne pasta
- 1 cup chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook penne pasta al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté sliced chicken in olive oil until fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, pesto sauce, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss in the cooked pasta.
