Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas.
- Place the burritos in a baking dish, bake until the cheese melts.
- Top with salsa and relish the zesty Beef and Corn Burritos.
